The e-saudeSP Health Platform is a creation of the Municipal Health Secretariat of São Paulo, designed to facilitate access to and recording of the health information of São Paulo citizens.

Designed to integrate and provide all the health information involved in the SUS healthcare system at the municipal level in São Paulo, the app allows citizens to daily record their health data, enabling monitoring of important information such as blood pressure and blood glucose readings, weight recordings, allergies, and continuous medication use.

In addition, the app brings together a wealth of useful health information, such as official guidelines from the Municipal Health Secretariat, storage of patients' clinical histories, and geo-referencing for locating health facilities.

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the app is configured with the clinical protocols of the Municipal Health Secretariat of São Paulo for assisting citizens with signs and symptoms of COVID-19, providing the best guidance for each individual's health condition. This facilitates access to medical consultations and reduces overcrowding at health facilities.
